Is there such a thing as the perfect book release? Actually yes, but it’s not what you think!
Too often authors get caught up in having ALL the pieces in place for a book release, but it’s not about having everything ready on launch day, it’s about having the right things ready, and knowing when, and how, to get the other pieces in order along the way.
Our goal for this episode is to cover what really needs to be ready for your release, what you can expect to take more time on, and maybe most importantly, discourage you from continually moving the goalposts and delaying your wins along the way.

Loved this – Thanks, Penny and Amy! Love contemporary women’s fiction with a touch of inspiration? I have one coming out soon and would love an endorsement.
“The answer’s always “No” if you never ask.” – K.S. Moore (You can use that if you’d like. 🙂
Many blessings to you both.
Oh my gosh so excited for you! Best of luck with this project, Kathryn! I’d love to see the cover!
Good information in this podcast.
Penny mentioned managing endorsement packages. What’s in an endorsement package?
Thanks for this comment, you just gave Amy and myself a great idea for a podcast, too! So an endorement package is the information you send to someone you want to endorse the book. It will likely contain: the book, some sample blurbs, maybe a book outline/synopsis, etc. Good luck!
